Men’s Stretch Class Men’s Yoga/ Sport Stretch and Core Conditioning Tuesday mornings. Please visit the front office for date information.  Purchase of a 10-session card at the beginning of class for $15 per class. You will have 3 months to use from the date issued.  Drop in fee $17 per class. Andrea Moline, Instructor.

Women's Body Conditioning Every Tuesday & Thursday. Time: 9:00-10:00 a.m. Strength, core flexibility, balance & stability with Andrea Moline. Please visit the office for date information.  Purchase  of a 10-session card at the beginning of class for $11 per class and you will have 3 months to use from the date issued. Drop in fee is $13 per class.

Video Exercise Group This class is about 25 minutes of light aerobics followed by 10 or 15 minutes of stretching. Best of all, it’s free. This class is expanding day by day; bring a friend. Mon/Wed/Fri. 9:00 -10:00 a.m.

Knitting Friday afternoons at 2:30 p.m. If you are a knitter, starting or finishing a project come join us.   Good company & conversation.

Breakfast Club This is a very simple group. We meet and eat breakfast at local restaurants. Time: 9:00 a.m. on the 3rd Wed. of every month. It’s a great way to start your morning. Call Peg for a reservation:  498-1951.

BOCCE BALL Date:       Summer Months Day:       2nd & 4th Friday of every month Time:       Starts at 5:00 p.m. Place:       Bocce Ball Courts For those of you who show up on Fridays to play you know what to do. If you’re new in the neighborhood and looking for a good game to play, Bocce Ball is the game for you; it’s  fun and easy to learn.
