Please read this email blast in its entirety! 

The Board approved the Annual Year-End Audit for the 2019/2020 fiscal year. If you are receiving this email blast you have opted in to email correspondence and will not receive a mailed copy. The BOD also approved Phase 2 of the Landscape Enhancement Project.  This includes the entrance center island, vehicle gate island on both sides, the clubhouse island, and the pool and spa areas. This project is anticipated to start within the next two weeks.

The Board also approved the painting of 21 SDGE transformers to be completed by ProTec.  We will send an email blast notifying the community when this project will start.  ProTec workers wear an orange shirt with the Protec log on them.

Reminder~
The Pine Tree removals at the entrance will start tomorrow, Thursday.  Please use caution when entering the community and exiting.  We will have the vehicle gate open while the tree crew is here for proper traffic flow. Artistic will have a supervisor on-site during the tree removal project.  Should any pine tree debris fall into an owner's backyard the homeowner will be notified by Artistic.  Artistic will knock on your door to ask for permission to enter your back yard to clean up the debris.  If you are not home when they come by please contact the office so we can arrange for Artistic to come by to clean up any Pine Tree debris.

Gate Code Change for Residents and Vendors

Please let your guest and any vendors servicing your home know the gate code has changed.  Due to the new intercom system, the # symbol was not compatible and needed to be changed to * but the numbers are the same.

The resident gate code is *2201 and the vendor gate code *2021.

Books

Book Club is Still Active During Shelter-in-Place

Please be aware that during our COVID-19 restrictions, the Book Club is still active via Zoom. Information on meeting times and books being read is available on their webpage.
