Closing Fitness Center & Billiards Room - Vehicle Access - Emergency Gate

July 14, 2020

Per the Governors update today, effective immediately the Clubhouse,  Fitness Center, and Billiard room are closed until further notice. Staff will be available by phone or email.  All outdoor amenities such as the pool, pickleball, bocce, and putting green are still open at this time. Please continue to practice social distancing and wear a mask.

Thank you to everyone, you all have been great following the guidelines for all the amenities! We would like to remind the community the State of California does have a face-covering mandate.  When in public you MUST wear a mask.  If you are swimming or laying by the pool you may take it off while keeping your distance from others (6 feet).

Also, it’s very important all residents remember NO GUESTS are allowed at the clubhouse or club facilities.  You may not show guests, realtors, or family around the clubhouse facilities. This is for the safety of your neighbors.

DON’T SHARE YOUR AIR

Orange County public health officials said Thursday, July 9th that hospitalizations had surged 97% in three weeks, and they predicted the toll on the healthcare system will get worse in the coming days and weeks. The number of confirmed cases in Orange County is now doubling every 13 days according to an LA Times analysis.

The surge in new cases and the recent rollback of business reopening are prompted Michelle Steel [of the OC Board of Supervisors] to appeal to OC residents to wear a face covering. “With cases of COVID-19 in CA increasing over the last 6 weeks, I ask the residents of Orange County to please wear a face covering when you are in a public place and unable to properly safe distance, as well as following hygiene and social distancing guidance. This is of the utmost importance to protect your health and the health of others so that we can return to normal as quickly as possible.”

Gallery residents are in the most high-risk group – be attentive to your own needs and kind to your neighbors. Pay attention to potential COVID-19 symptoms including fever, cough, and shortness of breath. If you develop symptoms, call your doctor or local public health department.

Please don’t come to the Clubhouse or mix with your neighbors if you have any symptoms or think you might have been exposed to someone who does.

BE UP TO THE TASK - WEAR A MASK

Vehicle Access System
We are happy to announce we have completed the distribution of the vehicle tags.  For those of you that were not available, you may bring your vehicles to the clubhouse (please wear a mask) Monday through Friday from 2-4 pm.

We are anticipating the vehicle access system will go live August 1st, you will receive an email with that announcement.  We are still in the testing phase of the system.

Emergency Exits

Just a reminder and for new residents, we have three emergency exit gates in the community.  Please click the below to view the map and location of emergency exits, and the residents who have an emergency gate key.
