Committees and Board of Directors

Committees

Budget and Finance Committee- This committee is made up of five community members. The Budget and Finance committee meets monthly to review the association finances and reserve study.

Landscape Committee- This committee is made up of seven community members. The Landscape committee meets once a month to review landscape applications, plant enhancements, and other landscaping projects throughout the community.

Operations & Maintenance Committee- This committee is made up of seven community members. The Operation and Maintenance committee reviews all the common area components for maintenance or replacement. This committee is constantly tracking all items listed within the community’s reserve study to ensure the association common areas are being maintained.

Recreation Committee- This committee is made up of seven community members. This committee organizes all the community social events with the help of community feedback and participation. This committee arranges many fun filled events throughout the year.

Seagarden Advisory Committee- This committee is made up of seven community members. This committee reviews the maintenance of the attached homes that are located solely in the Seagarden section within the community.
