This is just a friendly reminder that the Clubhouse amenities will not be available this evening from 4pm-9pm due to a community event.

FENCE PROS COMMUNITY PROJECT:

As most of you are aware, Fence Pros has notified the community regarding the upcoming project.

The Association has contracted with Fence Pros to do minor repairs to the entire Gallery perimeter fence. This is part of our routine maintenance strategy to make sure that our largest asset is maintained properly.

Fence Pros will be starting the work beginning Monday, August 30 and it will take approximately 3 weeks to complete the entire project. You may notice a Fence Pros vendor working on the outside of your fence or may contact you regarding access to your backyard to complete a repair.

You may also be notified by Fence Pros directly to see if you want them to make any identified repairs to your personal ‘party wall’ fence.

Please note that the Association encourages you to have the 'party wall' fence repairs made but these repairs would be at your own expense.
