Good Afternoon,

At the Special BOD meeting Tuesday, September 15, 2020, the Board discussed opening the Multi-Purpose Room (MPR) room for exercise activities.  The Board agreed to open the MPR Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm for approved, scheduled exercise activities with no more the 12 residents at any time in the room, This change goes into effect Monday, September 21, 2020, at 8:00 AM  Reservations for these exercise activities are strongly recommend and take priority over walk-ins. If you will not be able to make your reservation, please remember to cancel it by clicking the (withdraw) button in the reservation system. There is a waiting list feature on that reservation system so if a reservation is canceled it will allow the next person on the waiting list to reserve the spot.

In addition, the Board agreed to open the middle Bocce Court as long as residents practice social distancing with a total of no more than 12 residents in this area at any time. Please see the updated guidelines.  You will also find this information on the Gallery website.

***All exercise activities will be held by Video (DVD), Zoom, or YouTube (there will not be instructors at this time)***

Monday:

Zumba- 9: 00 AM -10:00 AM

Tuesdays:

Yoga-8:00 AM-9:00 AM

Aerobics- 9:30 AM -10:30 AM

Line Dancing- 10:45 AM to 11:45 AM

Wednesdays:

Zumba- 9: 00 AM -10:00 AM

Thursdays:

Yoga-8:00 AM-9:00 AM

Aerobics- 9:30 AM -10:30 AM

Fridays:

Zumba- 9: 00 AM -10:00 AM

The Cardroom and Lounge are not open at this time. Their use will be re-evaluated in the next tier (Tier 3- orange).
