Vehicle Access Tags- Disbursement & Spam Calls

Good Afternoon,

 

We have been informed, owners are currently receiving calls from Talega Gallery asking to gain access to homes.  Please note these calls are a scam and are not from the GalleryDo not give any personal information including your schedule or who is home with you.  If your feel threatened in any way please contact the OC Sheriff Department's non-emergency line at (949) 770.6011. 

Vehicle Access System:

We are contacting you to let you know we are ready to start assigning the new vehicle access headlight tags to resident's vehicles.  We will start from one side of the street and work our way around to the end (for example the first odd # home and end at the first even # home).  We cannot guarantee the exact time we'll be at your home as we are walking each street. 

We will inform you of the day we'll be on your street by email and will send an email reminder the day prior. If you are not available when we're on your street, we will announce makeup times after we have finished the disbursement of the tags by street.

We ask for everyone’s safety, please wear a mask and practice social distancing when interacting with staff. 

*The window tags that were issued back in June/July were sent to us in error and are not compatible with our system.  These window tags may be removed and discarded.  If you need assistance removing the window tag we will be glad to provide assistance when we're on your street.*

What we need you to do before we get there:

  1. Pull your vehicles out of the garage onto the driveway. Vehicle tag placement will be on the driver side headlight.
  2. Have a pen handy to sign the acknowledgment form (just like you did for the key fobs).
  3. If you are a new owner or have gotten a new vehicle as of June 30, 2020, place your vehicle registration on the outside windshield secured by the windshield wiper, prior to our arrival and have your ID ready to show.
  4. If you are a new owner or have gotten a new 3rd vehicle as of June 30, 2020, you will need to have a check ready in the amount of $25, payable to Talega Gallery, for the third vehicle tag. All three cars will need to be present at this time as a garage inspection will be conducted to ensure there are three vehicles.
  5. Due to time, we will only be able to answer questions pertaining to the Vehicle Access System.  We need to get to every home.  If you have questions or a work order submission, we ask that you please contact us via email at  talega.gallery@seabreezemgmt.com  or by phone (949) 361-4685.
  6. If you are a new Tenant as of June 30, 2020 -  Please contact the office (949) 361-4685 to ensure we have the completed tenant forms in order to be given vehicle tags.  A Rental Notification form and a current lease are required.

****Please keep your vehicle gate clickers for the time being. We will send an email blast out once the vehicle gate clickers can be discarded.******

All guests, vendors, and caregivers, etc. will need to continue to use the community gate code for access *2021.

All tags will be live on November 13, 2020.

  • De Vega- 11/11- 3:30-4:00 pm
  • Sagrada- 11/11- 4:00 pm-4:30 pm
