Vehicle Access Tags

We are contacting you to let you know we are ready to begin to assign the new vehicle tags to each home.  We will be coming to your street, on the date designated below, in the morning starting at 9 am (subject to change); one street will be completed each day.  We will start on one side of the street and work our way around to the end (for example the first odd # home and end at the first even # home).  We cannot guarantee the exact time we will be at your home as we are walking each street.

We will inform you of the day we will be on your street by email and confirm via email the end of business the day prior. If you are not available when we are on your street, please contact the office to schedule an appointment.

We ask that for everyone’s safety, please wear a mask and practice social distancing when interacting with staff. 

What we need you to do before we get there:

  1. Pull your vehicles out of the garage onto the driveway.
  2. Open your driver's side window (for tag placement).
  3. Place your vehicle registration on the outside windshield secured by the windshield wiper, prior to our arrival.
  4. Have your ID ready to show or you may place it on the hood of your vehicle when we arrive.
  5. Have a pen handy to sign the acknowledgment form (just like you did for the key fobs).
  6. If you already have a third vehicle registered at the office, in order to receive the third tag, you will need to have a check ready for the third vehicle tag in the amount of $25 payable to Talega Gallery.
  7. If you have not registered your third vehicle, please schedule a garage inspection prior to the day we will be on your street.
  8. Due to time, we will only be able to answer questions pertaining to the Vehicle Access System.  We need to get to every home.  If you have questions or a work order submission, we ask that you please contact us via email at talega.gallery@seabreezemgmt.com  or by phone (949) 361-4685.
  9. Tenants -  We will have the completed forms your landlord provided.  You will need to completed steps 1-4 as well. If your landlord provided you the completed form please let us know as soon as possible so there are no delays for you.

******You will still need to use your vehicle gate remote until the access system installation is complete and we advise you may discard them.  We are distributing the tags prior to this project's completion in order for a smooth transition. We will send an email blast out once the vehicle remotes can be discarded.******

All guests, vendors and caregivers etc. will need to continue to use the community gate code for access.

Order of streets: Week one-June 29th  (subject to change)

  • Botero- Monday, June 29th at 9 AM starting at 1 Botero and end at 2 Botero.
    Del Prado- Tuesday, June 30th (anticipated to start at 9 AM,  Subject to change. Please check the email that will be sent to you end of business on June 29th indicating the start time)

    Starting at 1 Del Prado and end at 2 Del Prado.

  • Alenza & Sagrada- Wednesday, July 1st (anticipated to start at 9 AM, Subject to change. Please see the email that will be sent to you end of business on June 30th indicating the start time)

    Starting at 1 Alenza. Once we finish Alenza, we head to Sagrada and will start at 14 Sagrada and end at 11 Sagrada.

  • Galeria & Miro- Thursday, July 2nd (anticipated to start at 9 AM, Subject to change. Please see the email that will be sent to you end of business on July 1st indicating the start time)

    Starting 20 Galeria. Once we finish Galeria, we will head to Miro and we will start at 10 Miro and end at 19 Miro.

  • Ladino- Monday, July 6th (anticipated to start at 9 AM, Subject to change. Please see the email that will be sent to you end of business on July 2nd indicating the start time)

    Starting at 22 Ladino and end at 23 Ladino.

  • De Vega- Tuesday, July 7th (anticipated to start at 9 AM, Subject to change. Please see the email that will be sent to you end of business on July 6th indicating the start time)

    Starting at 20 De Vega and end at 17 De Vega.

Order of streets: Week two - July 8th (subject to change)

  • Sevilla & Rivera-Wednesday, July 8th (anticipated to start at 9 AM Subject to change. Please see the email that will be sent to you end of business on July 7th indicating the start time)

    Starting at 1 Sevilla.  Once we finish Sevilla we will head to Rivera and we will start at 18 Rivera and end at 19 Rivera.

  • Lienzo (units 1-30) and Tallista- Thursday, July 9th (anticipated to start at 9 AM,  Subject to change. Please see the email that will be sent to you end of business on July 8th indicating the start time).

    Stating at 30 Lienzo.  Once we finish at 20 Lienzo we will continue onto Talliast at 12 Talista.  We will then pick back up at 6 Lienzo and continue until we end at 29 Lienzo.

  • Lienzo (units 31-65)- Friday, July 10th (anticipated to start at 9 AM, Subject to change. Please see the email that will be sent to you end of business on July 9th indicating the start time).

    Starting at 31 Lienzo. We will move down the street and end at 32 Lienzo

  • Pinturas- Monday, July 13th (anticipated to start at 9 AM, Subject to change. Please see the email that will be sent to you end of business on July 10th indicating the start time)

    Starting at 1 Pinturas. We will end at 61 Pinturas.

*While the staff is out distributing vehicle tags June 29th through July 10th the front door to the clubhouse will be locked.  Please bring your fob to access the clubhouse through the side gate.*
