We understand with the beautiful weather you would like to get back to normal but the association must follow the guidelines set forth by the CDC, State, and local agencies. We have not received authorization to open our facilities yet.

The good news is the Board is working on a reopening plan so it can be in place once we have the ok to start opening the club facilities.  As you are aware we will most likely not be able to reopen the entire clubhouse and facilities any time soon but we are optimistic we may be able to do a soft opening of some of the outdoor clubhouse facilities in the near future.

Emergency Rule

Please remember there is an emergency rule in place that was passed by the Board on March 19, 2020, (sent via email blast, posted on the clubhouse front door, and on all three club facility perimeter gates) with specific detail that the Clubhouse and Clubhouse Facilities are closed.

Emergency Rule Change Purpose: An imminent threat to public health or safety.

Temporary Emergency Clubhouse & Club Facility Closure Rule Change:
“This is a temporary emergency rule change that will be in effect for a maximum of 120 days. This Temporary emergency rule change may be lifted sooner than the 120 days if the imminent public health and safety measures regarding COVID-19 have been lifted by Federal, State, local government agencies, or other agencies. Owners will temporarily have no access to the clubhouse facilities which includes but are not limited to the billiards building, pool, spa, bocce court, putting greens, pickleball, and gym, etc.”
