Weekly Update 6/2/2020

June 2, 2020

We hope everyone is doing well.  We had a bit of a rough start to the opening day of Pickleball but we are happy we were able to get everything worked out.  Thank you to the pickleball players for their positive response and to everyone using the Bocce courts and putting greens for complying with the guidelines!

Please keep in mind the opened amenities are for residents use only, no guests are permitted at this time.

Pool Area Guidelines
We are working on the plan and guidelines for the pool area next. The Board will be meeting on June 23rd and will review them at the open meeting at that time.  If the Board would like to meet earlier we will advise the community.

Vehicle Access System

We are happy to report the Vehicle access system is back on schedule and you will see the workers at the gate over the next two weeks.Lauren will be contacting owners via email to arrange the disbursement of the vehicle tags. We are anticipating starting this process within the next two weeks.

We have pre filled out the form for each resident so you will just need to verify the information, sign, and date the form upon installation. You will need to present current vehicle registration showing that the vehicle is registered to your Gallery address.

Owners will be given the first two vehicle tags per home at no cost. If you have a registered third vehicle with the Gallery you may purchase a third tag for $25.00. In the future, if you need a replacement tag your old tag will be deactivated and you will need to purchase a replacement tag for $25.00.

Irrigation

It has been brought to our attention that three irrigation controllers were tampered with.  This caused these controllers to not water three streets causing the grass and some plant material to turn brown. Artistic fixed this issue and will be installing locks on all controllers. Also, it is prohibited to add irrigation adjustments such as drip lines, bubblers, or anything of the like into the association's irrigation system to water owner potted plants, window plants, or courtyards.  Artistic has been advised to disconnect these lines.  Please remember that the irrigation system may not be adjusted or modified by anyone other than the Associations Landscape Vendor. If you have planted plants in your planter that require more water then the Associations irrigation schedule provides, you must water using your own water.

Artistic has completed the turf fertilization with a slow-release fertilizer.  The watering schedule was increased to 5 days a week to activate the fertilizer and will run for a week on this schedule. The water will be reduced sometime next week to three days a week.

Tree Trimming

The Tree crew will be in the community starting June 15th to begin the community-wide trimming of the approved trees. The crew will clean up the trimmings once they have completed the area and will be completely cleaned by the end of the day.  Please remember residents may not communicate with the crew. Please direct any issues or comments to management.

Emails To Management

When you send an email to management please provide your address or provide your full name at the end of your email.  This is very helpful as we do not have all email addresses memorized and this will help management provide a response to your inquiry in a timely manner.
