Transition Plan to Reopen the Pool, Fitness Center, and the Billiards Room

The Board adopted an emergency rule change to open the pool, fitness center, and billiard/library room and restrooms at the BOD meeting yesterday.  The Board also modified the Pickleball guidelines to allow doubles.  The clubhouse facilities that are opened are for residents only, no guests are allowed at this time.  We thank you in advance for your cooperation.

As we open more shared spaces we all take on responsibility for our own safety as well as that of our friends and neighbors. The most important things we can do are to observe the rules of social distancing, wear a mask when moving through common areas and WASH OUR HANDS before coming in contact with any equipment. We have supplied each area with cleaning solutions and hand sanitizers. Please make use of these supplies and  WASH YOUR HANDS before and after using any of the facilities.

Waiver Required

Please know use of the opened amenities is at your owner risk. Residents must sign the Common Area Facilities Release Form for use of all club facilities. If you have a reservation but have not completed the waiver you will not have access to the facility until the completed waiver is submitted.

Review Guidelines

We ask that everyone review the guidelines for all the open amenities before use. We have posted the guidelines at each opened amenity.  Help us keep our amenities open by following the posted guidelines and adherence to the CDC and OC Health Department guidelines.

 Use the Reservation System

Please utilize the reservation system https://app.courtreserve.com/Portal/GalleryActivities to reserve a spot as there is reduced capacity for each opened amenity (Pickleball, Bocce Courts, Billiard / Library Room, Pool and Fitness Center).

When reserving a spot specifically for the pool & fitness center, you will be permitted to signup as far as 48 hours in advance or up to one hour in advance if the time slot has not been taken. You will receive a 60 min reservation. It’s important to know that reservations are strongly recommended and take priority over walk-ins.  For example, the capacity in the pool area is 10 people. If there are 9 people in the pool and a walk-in shows up (without a reservation) you may stay.  But if someone with a reservation arrives to fill the 10th spot then the person who was a walk-in will have to leave.  Please utilize the reservation system, it’s user friendly and you can see the time slots that have not been taken.

Board Review of Opened Amentities

The Board will review the opened amenities and any feedback at the June 23rd Board meeting at 4:30 PM. Should the Board feel we are able to make some adjustments to the open amenities they will discuss it at that time. The BOD meeting agenda for next Tuesday’s meeting will be sent via email blast on Friday this week and posted on the easel at the front door to the clubhouse.

Please click below to review the Emergency rule change, the Common Area wavier, and all guidelines.

Vehicle Access System Rules

The Board also approved the Proposed Vehicle Access System Rules to be sent out to the membership for a 28-Day review and they will discuss the adoption of these proposed rules at the July BOD meeting.
