Election by Acclamation
The meeting will be held this
Tuesday March 25, 2025 at 4:30 PM at the Clubhouse.
The three qualified candidates, listed alphabetically are as follows: Sheila Forchtner, Russ Lines, and Brien Manning.

8.8 ELECTION BY ACCLAMATION
8.8.1 In the event the number of candidates at the close of nominations is the same as the number of open positions on the Board, those candidates shall be automatically elected, by acclamation. Pursuant to Civil Code Section §5103, election by acclamation shall be permitted providing that all conditions are satisfied. It has been determined by our Legal Counsel that conditions have indeed been met.
This 2025 Annual Election year we received a total of three qualified candidates for the three open Board positions. The Association announced in January that the election will take place by Acclamation having no more candidates are than seats available. Thus, saving the Association money for ballot mailing and printing costs. The three qualified candidates, listed alphabetically are as follows: Sheila Forchtner, Russ Lines, and Brien Manning.
These candidates will be announced at the Annual Meeting scheduled for March 25, 2025 in the MPR at 4:30 PM.
The HOA would save significant money each year if all homeowners agreed to receive required documents in pdf format via email.
