Landscape Rule Addition to Operating Rules

The Landscape Committee has worked hard to develop a new Front Yard Modification Program that will enable homeowners to modify the front yard within the proposed guidelines and be able to have the Association Landscape company continue to maintain the front yard. The existing Front Yard Enhancement Program differs in that the homeowner is required to take over maintenance of the planter.

This is a required 28 day comment period regarding the addition of this to the Operating Rules Landscape section. The committee will review any comments received prior to the October 28, 2025 Board meeting at which time the Board will consider adopting the new rule.
