Happy New Year!
As the new year begins, I would like to wish you all a very prosperous and healthy 2022! I am very excited to be the new General Manager and want to thank each of you for the warm welcome you have given me, I am truly grateful. I really appreciate the personal interactions here at The Gallery and look forward to meeting all owners individually over the coming year.
As we welcome 2022, please take a moment to reflect on the past year, and accomplishments; and have gratitude for the blessings 2021 brought. I am especially grateful for this position at Talega Gallery Community Association and look forward to working with the Board of Directors, Committees, and homeowners. If we have not met, please stop by the clubhouse office and introduce yourself.
Thank you for making me feel so welcome and Happy New Year!
Marine Toys for Tots Foundation
A big thank you to all the TGCA owners and residents who donated gifts for the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation. December 15, 2021 the toys were loaded into Santa's Sleigh and dropped off at Camp Pendleton to be delivered to the kids before Christmas.
A big thank you to Amy Bone and the Recreation Committee for organizing the amazing event and delivering all the goodies to the base. It was truly a happy holiday for many children thanks to the generosity of our residents and owners.
Winter Pool Heating Schedule
The pool heater will be shut off between January 1, 2022 and will be turned back on March 1, 2022. This decision has been made after much debate and research by the Board of Directors, Budget & Finance Committee and Management.
In an effort to maintain monthly assessments the Budget & Finance Committee spends hours preparing a budget for the upcoming year. During this process many factors are taken into consideration and ways to save are among those discussions. The spa will continue to be heated as usual.
Wrought Iron Fencing
We have observed on inspection that there are many homes that have mounded dirt covering the bottom of the perimeter wrought iron fencing.
All mounded dirt must be removed from the fencing immediately as it will corrode the fencing and void our warranty.
Also, please keep all irrigation in your backyard from hitting or pooling at the footings of the perimeter fencing. Should you notice the irrigation from the slope is hitting your fence, please contact TMC at 949-361-8466 to open place a work order.
California Department of Public Health Update
An indoor mask mandate is in effect through January 15, 2022 per the California Department of Public Health. Please wear a mask while inside the clubhouse and check the signs located at the entrance doors to the clubhouse for new information.
We appreciate your cooperation with the indoor mask requirement and hope everyone stays healthy.
