Ad-Hoc Committee Members Needed

At the Board Meeting Tuesday evening the Board approved the creation of two Ad-Hoc Committees. One for Pickleball and one for Solar.

The Ad-Hoc Pickleball Committee will be tasked with investigating if there is community interest for pickleball, exploring raising funding to install a court, explore possible locations, and estimate the annual maintenance cost for a court and equipment.

The Ad-Hoc Solar Committee will be tasked with investigating the pros and cons of Solar and to recommend if this is a project the Board should move forward with.

Detailed Committee Charters with specific tasks and guidelines will be reviewed for each committee at the April BOD Meeting .

The Board will be accepting applications for each Ad-Hoc Committee until March 31, 2020. The applicants will be determined at the April 28, 2020, BOD Meeting.

If you are interested in serving on the Ad-Hoc Pickleball Committee or the Ad-Hoc Solar Committee, whether you are in favor or opposed to either topic but are interested we, ask you to consider applying.
