If you are still experiencing difficulty with a full transition of your cox.net email account to Yahoo, the Gallery Tech Team has experienced good success by calling Yahoo Premium Support at  800-305-7664.  

The recording warns that it is premium support and must be paid for. They say to have your credit card ready. However, once a human came on line, and we told them what the call was about, there was no mention of paying for support.

Depending on the nature of your issue, you may be asked to respond to a text they send, or to authorize them to take control of your computer.
