Dear Homeowner:

Harvest Landscape will start the dethatching process next week on Wednesday, 10/16 and plans to be finished by Friday 10/18. Please be aware that the water will be off for this period and the yards and parkways will look stressed, with dead-looking patches. This is normal and part of the process of keeping the lawns healthy.

For those Owners that maintain their front yard turf, Harvest will not be touching these yards, only the parkways.

After dethatching the lawns, Harvest will begin overseeding and turning the water on all throughout the Community on Monday 10/21 to help the grass recover.
