Scheduled Maintenance in the Gallery

Painting

TMC is currently painting the mailboxes, posts and light poles throughout the Gallery.  The Pilot Painting team will be storing the boom lift in the clubhouse parking lot while the painting takes place.

Mail will not be delivered when a mailbox is on the ground but will be delivered the next day.  The boxes should not be off the pedestal for more than one day therefor you will only have a one-day mail delay if you have any delay at all.  Management notified Joaquin, our mail carrier, and he is aware of the schedule.  Hopefully the work will NOT conflict with mail delivery, but if it does, it will only be a one-day delay.

Landscaping

We are currently replacing the turf across from the Clubhouse near the vehicle entrance.  Artistic maintenance will be installing drip irrigation and Kurapia ground cover in place of the turf.

Irrigation is being inspected weekly.  Adjustments to spray heads and the watering schedule are being made as needed.

Recently, we have already inspected Portada (the entry drive), Sagrada, De Vega, Ladino, Miro and Gallery.  In the next week we will begin at week 1 per the schedule.
