Clubhouse Information
Clubhouse Staffing
The Board is in the process of conducting interviews for a new General Manager. We hope to have a qualified manager in place by early October. In the meantime, we are pleased to have David May on-site Tuesdays and Thursdays as Interim GM.
Amy Bone, our Assistant to the GM is here Monday thru Friday – continuing to provide services to residents and groups who use the Clubhouse, supporting the Board and the committees, working with vendors and contractors, maintaining maintenance of the Clubhouse and the amenities and coordinating events and activities – all while answering the many phone calls and questions that come into the office every day!
So…please be especially patient. No doubt that there will be some things missed, some annoyances, some frustrations. This is a time for all of us to be particularly understanding.
Thank you all for your patience and your support as we work diligently
to secure a new General Manager.

Fall/Winter Mowing Schedule
Just a friendly reminder that starting October 4th, mowing will be every other week! Additionally, as we continue to get cooler weather the watering schedule will be lowered to 2-3 days a week.
Curb Painting
Thank you everyone for your assistance with TMC's big slurry seal project! While they are done with the big part, they still have the finishing touches to complete. Champion Paving will be back in the coming weeks to repaint the red fire curbs and touch-up anything that needs to be fixed. An email blast will be sent out once we have more information. For now, please be mindful of the curbs as they are now and avoid parking at the red fire curbs.
Fence Pros Community Project
The Association has contracted with Fence Pros to do minor repairs to the entire Gallery perimeter fence. This is part of our routine maintenance strategy to make sure that our largest asset is maintained properly.
The Fence Pros project is on-going. You may notice a Fence Pros vendor working on the outside of your fence or they may contact you regarding access to your backyard to complete a repair.
Residents do not need to remove the chicken wire or any other attachments from their fences at this time. Fence Pros will be peeling back the wire (if present) at the damaged areas only and will reattach it to the fence when repairs have been completed.
You may also be notified by Fence Pros directly to see if you want them to make any identified repairs to your personal ‘party wall’ fence.
Please note that the Association encourages you to have the 'party wall' fence repairs made but these repairs would be at your own expense.
Wrought Iron Fencing
We have observed on inspection that there are many homes that have mounded dirt covering the bottom of the perimeter wrought iron fencing.
All mounded dirt must be removed from the fencing immediately as it will corrode the fencing and void our warranty.
Also, please keep all irrigation in your backyard from hitting or pooling at the footings of the perimeter fencing. Should you notice the irrigation from the slope is hitting your fence, please contact TMC at 949-361-8466 to open place a work order.
