SDG&E Planned Power Outage 
This week you may have received a phone call or email from SDG&E regarding a planned power outage, indicating they would send more information.  Management contacted SDG&E for more details.  

Outage is planned for April 7, 2022 between the hours of 8:30 - 10:30 AM to replace a transformer.  This will only be affecting Circuit 991, to find out if you are connected to Circuit 991 you can check page 2 of your SDG&E bill for your Circuit # or login to your account at SDG&E.com and view a PDF of your bill. 

Seabreeze Property Management Billing Statements

It was also brought to the attention of Management that some residents have not received the monthly assessment statements from Seabreeze this month.  We have been notified the statement printing was delayed and bills were not mailed until Tuesday March 29, 2022.  We apologize for the inconvenience and if you need to mail your payment, please use the following address, or your statement will arrive in the next day or two.

The vehicle gate has been repaired today & the pedestrian gate will be repaired on Tuesday April 5, 2022.
