Weekly Update 6/24/2020

June 24, 2020

We want to thank everyone for your feedback on the reopened amenities! At the BOD meeting yesterday the Board heard owner feedback and made some modifications based on that feedback.

Swimming Pool - Effective immediately the hours are extended to 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM - Monday through Sunday.  Lap swim will now be from 7:30 AM -9:30 AM with all three lanes open.  Exercise and aerobics will continue to be 9:30 to 10:30; open swim now 10:30 to 7:30 PM. You may now book your pool reservations 72 hours in advance.

Billiard/ Library Room - Effective immediately the hours are now 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM- Monday through Sunday.

Fitness Center - No changes.  We are working fast to provide more access. In order to do so,  we need to install a temporary barrier preventing access into the remaining closed portion of the clubhouse.

Social Distancing - The staff has encountered some issues with residents not practicing social distancing and physical contact.  We ask that all owners who are able to wear a mask while walking in the common area please do so.  Please practice social distancing at all times.  Most importantly,  please do not engage in physical contact with staff (i.e. grabbing of a hand or arm or poking to get their attention, hugs, back or shoulder rubs, etc.).

Clubhouse Front Door - The clubhouse front door will now be open during office hours, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.  Please note there is no staff in the evenings or on weekends.  All emails and phone messages after hours will be returned the following business day.

Please remember to wipe down areas you have touched with the cleaning solutions provided.

Irrigation Reminder -  Owners nor their landscapers may make any adjustments to the irrigation system in the front planter or front yard turf.  In our weekly irrigation check, we observed that some of the turf sprinkler heads were adjusted to water the seasonal plants in some front yard planters. This caused a hot spot and the turf to start browning in these areas.  We will reach out to those homes but wanted to ensure residents communicate this to their private landscaping crew.
