Assessment Increase April 1, 2025

This is a courtesy reminder to let you know that the new monthly assessment for owners in the Gallery is $335.00 per month as of April 1, 2025 and Seagarden has been increased by $10.00 from $150.00 to $160.00.

If you need any assistance in making a payment, please contact the Clubhouse Office to schedule an appointment with Management.

Vehicle Gate

The vehicle gate parts have been ordered and installation has been delayed due to the rain, replacing an electrical part in the rains has not been possible. The technician is working very hard to complete the repairs to our gate tomorrow on Saturday.

St Patrick's Day

Monday is St. Patrick's Day and we hope to see you all at the Happy Hour in the Clubhouse at 5pm!
