Trash Collection

Please remember:

Trash shall be placed at the curb in containers provided by the trash collection agency (CR&R), no earlier than dusk of the evening before the designated pickup day Wednesday.

Emptied containers shall be removed from public view as early as possible and no later than the evening following trash pick up.

Clubhouse Holidays

E-statements
Billing statements are charged to the Association on a monthly basis when Seabreeze mails a bill to homeowners for assessment payments.  Did you know that you can save the Association money on printing and mailing costs by signing up for E-statements. If you need help setting up the account, please visit the Clubhouse office and we can schedule a time to assist you in setting up your E-statement account.
