Annual Meeting & Election March 22, 2022
Join us in the MPR Tuesday March 22, 2022 for the Annual Meeting & Board of Directors Election.  Seabreeze will be hosting a wine & cheese reception immediately following the meeting.

Gate Repair
Repair to the hinge will be completed tomorrow 3/16/22, under warranty.

Trash Collection

Please remember:

Trash shall be placed at the curb in containers provided by the trash collection agency (CR&R), no earlier than dusk of the evening before the designated pickup day Wednesday.

Emptied containers shall be removed from public view as early as possible and no later than the evening following trash pick up.

Billing statements are charged to the Association on a monthly basis when Seabreeze mails a bill to homeowners for assessment payments.  Did you know that you can save the Association money on printing and mailing costs by signing up for E-statements.
