The B&F Committee will be holding a special meeting with the BOD to review the proposed 2021/22 Budget.  To review the agenda for this meeting please click on the blue lettering below. Pool & Spa Closure: 

The pool and spa will be closed Monday, January 4th through Sunday, January 17th (weather permitting) for repairs and maintenance.  Owners will not have access to the pool & spa facilities and the court reserve will not accept reservations during this closure.  We are anticipating the pool & spa will reopen on Monday, January 18th.

Vehicle Access System: 

We have 30 homes that have not received the new vehicle tags.  If you have not received the tags please stop by the clubhouse Monday through Friday from 2-4 pm to get your new vehicle tag.

We are still accepting donations for Orangewood and Toys for Tots until December 14th!
