New Bank for Seabreeze Payments

Seabreeze/Desertbreeze/Apex has exciting news to share with you: On August 1st we will be taking a big step forward to improve our level of service by upgrading our primary accounting and management software. This new best-in-class system will provide technological and financial enhancements that will have a direct positive impact on you and your community.

 

Because of this new platform (provided by CINC Systems) you’ll have access to a wide variety of new features and benefits. Below are a few highlights:

  • Improved customizable Homeowner Portals.
  • Easier access via Mobile Apps and Web Portals across all types of devices.
  • A single login that provides a consolidated view for owners with multiple units and/or associations.

 

We are diligently preparing for the August 1st launch; while the majority of the preparation is our responsibility, there are a few areas where we will need your partnership.

Below is a list of changes that will affect all homeowners beginning August 1st:

As a part of this transition, we have also made the decision to transition our banking relationships to Sunwest Bank. This will require all homeowners who mail or transmit a payment via a bank or bill pay service to use the new mailing address: PO Box 25189, Santa Ana, CA 92799

All homeowner account numbers will change. We have worked to minimize this impact by assigning new homeowner account numbers that include the current seven-digit account number so we can accept and process all payments—even without the new account number—during the transition period.

You will be notified of your new account number with your next/August 1st statement.

        • Recurring ACH: If you have registered for recurring automatic payment of your assessment by our free direct debit/ACH system you do not need to do anything. This payment system will continue without interruption.

 

        • Owner Action Needed:
          • Only those using a bank or bill pay service will need to update their account number and mailing address for payment. Do not change your account number or use the new lockbox address until after that date.

New Owner Portal: There will be a new and improved homeowner portal that must be used after August 1st. The address is: https://commarea.cincwebaxis.com. This new portal can be used for all association business such as reviewing your account history and making payments, submitting work orders, viewing the document library, viewing calendars of events and much, much, more. The new portal may also be accessed via a mobile app. Just search for “CommArea” in the Apple App Store or on Google Play.

PLEASE NOTE:

Once again, if you have registered for recurring automatic payment of your assessment by our free direct debit/ACH system you do not need to take any action. This payment system will continue without interruption.

 

Please remember that the official change date is August 1st. In the meantime, it will be business as usual. 

Do not change your account number or use the new lockbox address until after that date.
