
Proposed Restated Operating Rules Final Draft and Timeline

Good Morning,
At the Board meeting on Tuesday, September 28th, the Board approved the Proposed Restated Operating Rules - Final Draft to be sent to members for a 28-day review.
A town hall meeting to review the proposed documents and address member questions and feedback will be held on October 28 at 3 pm.
We ask all owners to please review the draft documents before the town hall meeting and submit any questions, in writing, to [email protected] so we can gather and address all questions and comments at the town hall meeting.
Remember, the proposed documents were crafted by the Committee with significant input from our General Counsel, not by Seabreeze or the staff, so please don’t direct your questions and concerns to the staff.
Following the town hall meeting, the Committee will meet to consider any necessary revisions, finalize the documents, meet with the Board to get final approval, and then a final copy of the documents will be made available to all owners.
If there are no changes then the document will be on the November agenda for review and adoption.
