Please login to The Gallery website to view a letter to all Seagarden homeowners regarding an increase to assessments for the upcoming fiscal year, beginning this April 1, 2022.
A copy of the Talega Gallery Community Association Annual Budget will also be provided to all owners 30 days prior to the end of the fiscal year. Please contact the clubhouse office with additional questions.
