TERMITE & BUILDING INSPECTION

NOVEMBER 3, 2022

Purcor is the vendor completing the termite inspections of the exterior and attic space as made available.

24 HRC has been contracted to inspect the exterior building, paint, doors, & metal gates.

Both vendors will require access to the interior of the middle units, requiring someone to be available that day to allow entrance.

The building inspections may take two (2) days, requiring availability on November 3rd and 4th. Please notify the Clubhouse Office if  you will not be available or are not able to make arrangements for a neighbor to allow access.
