Dear Pinturas Residents:

The Association will be conducting weep screed inspections September 2, 2021, between the hours of 8am and 4pm. This does not guarantee that your unit will be inspected at a certain time, and you are not required to be home for this inspection.

24HRC is the contractor who will be conducting these inspections.

They will need access to your side and backyards to complete a full inspection. Please make sure that your gates are unlocked and accessible, middle units will be inspected via the closest accessible backyard.

We ask that you please remove all pets from the above-mentioned areas during this inspection.

Also, a friendly reminder that residents are not to be directing vendors regarding issues and that 24HRC is only completing this specific inspection and are not available to look at any other requests.
