Vehicle Gate Update

 O&M and the Board are working on updating the vehicle gate access.

Our goal is to better control traffic coming into the community by being able to identify and control non-resident and vendor access, ensuring all owners are able to gain access into the community with better programming capabilities with their vehicles, provide better communication with guests and the owner through the call box, and possibly adding cameras.

O&M reviewed multiple bids and has asked for several revisions.  The Board reviewed O&M’s recommendation at the Board meeting on January 28th.  O&M will review revised bids and interview the vendors in February.
