Inspection Friday August 18, 2023 at 10AM

Members of the Seagarden Advisory Committee will be inspecting the soil level around the buildings on every unit beginning at 10AM next Friday.

If you reside in a middle unit, we will require access through your unit to the rear yard.

If any units are found to have the soil level too high, those units will be scheduled with a contractor to remove the soil to a level that is at least 4 inches below the bottom edge of the weep screed.

Please contact the Clubhouse office if you have any questions. If you live in a middle unit and will not be available on Friday August 18, 2023 at 10AM you must contact the office to reschedule the inspection.
