Good Afternoon,
Many of you are wondering….what happened to Santa? Well, so were we! This was an event through the City of San Clemente and out of our control. We communicated to Gallery residents all the information that was provided to us from the City personnel in charge of this event. We do not know why the Santa Trolley never arrived. We heard we were not the only community this happened to.
We were able to get in touch with the City late yesterday afternoon we were told they were late and arrived at 7:30 PM. We reviewed the camera system at the entry gate and did not see the Santa Trolley ever enter the Gallery on Saturday and advised the City of the same.
We received a call from the City Recreation Department Supervisor this afternoon and they apologized for their error, they will be issuing a refund. This was the City’s first Holly Jolly Santa Trolley event and there were a lot of discrepancies with this event. It is extremely unfortunate this happened, and we would like to relay the sincere apology from the City Recreation Department Supervisor of San Clemente.
