Dear Residents,

Please be advised that Talega Maintenance Corporation (TMC) will be conducting street seal coating throughout Talega from Monday, August 24 through September 21, 2026, on Tuesdays only, with work beginning at approximately 7:00 AM and continuing through 7:00 AM the following morning.

This is a TMC project, and we are providing this information as a courtesy to our Talega Gallery residents.

Please plan accordingly:

• Vehicle access will be restricted for approximately 24 hours. Vehicles must be moved from streets, driveways, and garages before 7:00 AM on the scheduled workday.

• Deliveries should be rescheduled, as delivery vehicles will not have access once work begins.

• Trash service may experience changes or delays.

• Turn off irrigation the day before, the day of, and the day after your scheduled seal coating.

• Sidewalks will remain open for pedestrian access.

• Dust may occur during the seal coating process.

A map of the scheduled work areas is attached for your reference.
