THREE WAYS TO EXPLORE
Change in Pool Registration
Effective Monday August 3, the 10:30 pool slot will be designated for Water Aerobics / Exercise on M W F each week. The same slot on T Th Sa Su will continue to be designated as Open Swim / Deck.
In addition, the wait list feature has been activated for all Water Aerobics and Lap Swim Events. This allows someone to register even though the registration is 'Full' for a given time slot, and be placed on the waitlist. If a person who had successfully registered withdraws, the next person on the waitlist is automatically notified by email that they are now registered for that time slot.
Proposed Change to the Election Rules for TGCA
The purpose of this rule change is to bring election rules into compliance with SB 323 which took effect as of January 1, 2020 and our updated bylaws.

Vehicle Access Control System -Live Date Postponed
Convergint is experiencing some glitches with the new vehicle access system. They are working diligently to resolve these glitches. We want this system to be a seamless transition for the residents so we are going to postpone going live on this system until we are confident Convergint has resolved all the system glitches.
So please continue to use your gate clickers.
The new vehicle access tag rules and the changes to the vehicle intercom box are now accessible on the website. Click here.
