Gate Repair

Talega Gallery Residents,
We have scheduled gate maintenance to repair the telephone entry system. Transponders and clickers are still working for residents, however the gate telephone system is not connecting to the gate motor. We expect to have the repair completed tomorrow morning.
Thank you for your patience while we complete the maintenance & repairs to the vehicle entrance gate.
The HOA would save significant money each year if all homeowners agreed to receive monthly dues statements and required official documents via email.
