You can still provide feedback by clicking the link below and filling out the Recreation Survey. Additionally, there are hard copies available in the clubhouse, along with a drop box to submit your response.
The survey can be completed anonymously, or you can include your name. Surveys must be completed by Monday, October 2nd.
