Building Painting will begin October 23, 2023.

What owners will need to do to prepare for this painting.

• Please remove all personal items from the exterior building.
• Please make sure plant material around the building allows access to be painted. Usually 12 inches is enough space.

Notices will be posted by the painting contractor, Just Right Painting beginning today. 

New Color Scheme Display

If you would like to view the new color schemes you will be able to find those schemes from Vista Paint on display in the Rotunda. Owners will have the option to choose a front door color from the options on display.
