Talega Maintenance Corporation (Big Talega) is changing management companies.

The new management company is Grand Manors and all owners should have received a letter from Grand Manors advising of the change effective November 1, 2023.

What this means for owners.

You will have a new account number, and new address to mail assessments to.

Do not mail your payment without your new account number to avoid any delays in processing.

If First Service Residential pulls your payment via ACH (automatic withdrawal) you will need to cancel that directly with First Service to avoid duplicate payments. The 3rd Party Company that First Service uses is Click Pay (888) 354-0135 (ACH) when you call you will need to provide your Name, Address, Phone#, email address and they will provide confirmation that your ACH has been cancelled. You can do this online as well by going First Service.com.

If your bank sends the payment, you will need to update your bank with the new account number, and new mailing address.
