A Message from the General Manager

Thank you to everyone who came out on Monday to chat with me, share thoughts with each other, and meet neighbors. It was an intimate group, but a nice start and we will host again next month to see if we all continue to find it a useful meeting. Park Bench Updates – SALE!

As you may have noticed, the Association has replaced all of the teak benches that have served the Community so well with a more durable but equally as beautiful POLYWOOD® material. Two unique opportunities are available to the Community as a result:

All of the Teak Benches are for sale for $75 each and residents are most welcome to purchase them as is.

Secondly, we would like to offer the opportunity to Community members to purchase bench plates to memorialize a friend, neighbor or loved one, recognize a non-profit donation to the Community, etc.  We will be selling, customizing and installing the plates on a first come first served basis for $100 each.
