Dear Residents,

As a follow-up to our previous notice regarding the upcoming TMC street seal coating project on Tuesday, August 25th, we wanted to provide a quick update to help make things easier for our residents.

Management has coordinated with our Patrol vendor regarding the affected dates, and vehicles will not be cited for parking in the community during the 24-hour street closure period. You do not need to safelist your vehicle.

During your scheduled seal coating date, you may park anywhere within the community, including at the Clubhouse, as needed.

If you have any work, deliveries, or other services scheduled at your home, please make arrangements to reschedule them accordingly, as vehicle access may be restricted during the 24-hour period.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation as this important maintenance work is completed. Please let Management know if you have any questions or concerns.
