Dear Residents,

Please be advised that palm tree treatment is scheduled for Friday, August 21, beginning early in the morning. The vendor is expected to arrive around 7:30 AM.

For everyone's safety, please keep clear of the areas around the treated palm trees in the pool area until the product has completely dried. We anticipate the areas will be safe for normal use by approximately 2:00 PM.

The 2:00 PM timeframe is an estimate and may vary depending on weather conditions. The areas will be safe to use once the treatment has fully dried.
