Assessment Increase Reminder

The Gallery assessment increases from $235.00 to $265.00 per month.
Seagarden monthly assessment will increase from $125.00 to $150.00 per month.
If your monthly assessments are auto-pay, be sure to notify your bank of the April 1st increases.
TMC has also increased the amount of monthly assessments from $235 to $255. Please check all your payments on April 1st to avoid late fees.
