January Update

JANUARY 19, 2024

Dear Homeowners:

Aerating:

As you may have already seen, Harvest Landscaping is currently in the process of aerating the front yards and dropping fertilizer before the forecasted rain over the weekend. They are doing there best to wrap up today and plan to return next week to start doing the parkways, weather permitting.

Iron Fence:

Some Homeowners might have already received a correspondence regarding the vegetation and soil level impacting the iron fence. Please note that we are referring to the back portion of the fence that backs up to the slope and not the Homeowner's shared portion. Please make sure that the fence remains free from any vegetation and that the soil level is below the bottom rail for a second inspection.

Chicken/Mesh Wire:

As soon as we get revised bids for this project, we will present them to the Committee/Board and will send out more communications with a potential phase schedule regarding the project. At that point, any Homeowner that has chicken/mesh wire on the fence will need to remove it.

Note: Prices to paint the Homeowner's side of the iron fence to be provided once we get closer to the start of the project.

Below are some samples of what needs to be done:

Plants need to be removed from the Iron Fence.

Soil level needs to be below the bottom rail of the fence and all concrete footings need to be exposed.

Have a great weekend!
