Emergency Rule Change

The Board has approved relaxing part of the emergency rule change that went into effect on March 19, 2020. At the Board meeting yesterday the Board voted to open the Bocce Courts (the middle court will remain closed), Pickleball, and the Putting Greens effective Thursday, May 28, 2020.

The Board also approved guidelines for each of these areas.  Please review the guidelines before using the opened amenities.

We ask that you please reserve the Bocce Courts and Pickleball area before use by visiting https://app.courtreserve.com/Portal/GalleryActivities .  Review additional information about Return to Play and Reservations under the Return To Play tab located on the Gallery Website.

Please practice social distancing of 6 feet apart from one another. Spectating is prohibited. Cleaning disinfectant spray is located in the Bocce & Pickleball storage units for residents to use for wiping of benches and equipment after use.

Next Phase Changes

We understand residents are eager for the pool and gym to open.  This is a part of the next phase and we are working on a plan and guidelines for these areas. The Board will call a working Board meeting to review these draft plans and guidelines in the near future.  We will advise the community of this meeting.

Irrigation

The irrigation has been increased to 4 days a week for the turf areas.  The aeration of the lawns has been completed and Artistic will start applying a slow-release fertilizer to the turf behind the mowing crew Thursday.  Artistic has their irrigator onsite this week to check the irrigation coverage of the turf areas.  Please remember residents may not communicate with the Landscape crew.  We ask you to please contact management if you need a work order opened.

Denise Departure

Today is Denise's last day at Talega. She is moving to Phoenix. Denise has been an important member of the Gallery staff since 2015 and she will be missed by all. Our best wishes to her for continued health and happiness.

Management Staff

For a short time, Lauren will be the only staff member on property so we ask for your understanding if it takes a bit longer to respond to calls and requests for assistance. Thank you for your patience.

The clubhouse management staff is working onsite at this time.  They are available by phone and email to assist all owners.
