Stay At Home Order & Important Community Reminders

December 7, 2020

Good Afternoon,

We have some very important reminders and new information, so please read this email in its entirety.

The State of CA has a new Regional stay-at-home order that went into effect on Saturday, December 5, 2020.  The order states everyone must wear a mask when outside of their homes.  We strongly recommend that all residents using outdoor amenities wear a mask and be socially distanced. This includes all residents who are walking in the community or are spectating and not actively participating in an amenity.

Holiday Treat Bag- Delivery:

Remember, we will be delivering the Holiday treat bags to all homes Tuesday & Wednesday.  Tomorrow, December 8th at 10:00 AM we will start delivering to all residents in Wavecrest and Waterleaf.  On Wednesday, December 9th at 10:00 AM we will start delivering to all residents in Sandbridge and Pinturas.  If you are out of town please let us know so we do not leave a treat at your front door. You may contact the office at (949) 361-4685 or by email at [email protected]. Staff and Volunteers will be wearing a mask and gloves.

Holiday Community Walkabout:

On Friday, December 11th the Holiday walkabout/drive about will begin at dusk.  We encourage all residents walking the community to wear a mask and walk with only members of your household and be socially distanced. On Friday, December 11th we will have all current holiday participant home photos uploaded to the website.  This way you can review them before casting your vote. We'll email a link to the voting site on Saturday morning, December 12th so you can cast your vote. This link will also be posted on the Gallery website under the Holiday page.

Clubhouse Office:

We ask that all residents call or email the office to speak with staff.  We are trying to minimize traffic to the clubhouse over the next 3 weeks. We ask that any residents who would like to pick up their vehicle tag Monday-Friday between 2-4 pm call the office when you have arrived at the clubhouse.  Please provide your name and address and we will meet you at your vehicle.

We are still collecting donations for Orangewood & Toys for Tots until December 14th.  There is a box for donations located at the clubhouse front door.

Thank you,

The HOA would save significant money each year if all homeowners agreed to receive required documents in pdf format via email.
