PLEASE READ
The Board Treasurer, B&F Committee and Management have been working hard to secure a new insurance policy since Farmers has non renewed the policy due to the perceived Fire Risk. To review a copy of the letter now, click on the link below.
A copy of the letter has also been mailed to all homeowners. Email notice to all Seagarden owners and tenants.
The HOA would save significant money each year if all homeowners agreed to receive required documents in pdf format via email.
