Landscape:

The Landscape Committee uploaded a video to the Gallery Website under the Residents Portal page.  This video is a narration explaining the PowerPoint presentation that was presented at the BOD meeting last week outlining phases 1-4 of the landscape project for the main entrance and the Clubhouse grounds. We encourage all homeowners to take a few minutes to watch and listen to this informative video - it's Mike Pier at his best and includes the history of the work on the entrance and the research and planning for this renovation project. 

We have large poster boards in the clubhouse lobby of this PowerPoint presentation as well.  Please contact the office during office hours Monday through Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm to make arrangements if you would like to come up and view them. Please note we may only allow one (1) resident, or one couple (2), in the clubhouse lobby at a time and will need a few minutes to clean any touched surfaces in between residents.  Also, you must wear a mask to enter the clubhouse.

Pool & Spa:

Effective today, Friday, September 4^th we have adjusted the pool & spa hours to normal hours of 6 am-10 pm. 

Please remember no more than 10 people may be in the pool area at any time and no more than 4 residents may be in the spa area at any time.  Please remember that guests are not permitted to use the clubhouse amenities at this time.  One last reminder, you must use your fob to access the pool/spa area and restrooms.

Opening of the Interior Club Facilities:

We sent an email blast out on Tuesday this week advising owners on the new tiered guidelines set by the Governor.  As Orange County is currently in the purple tier for 21 days (until Sept 21^st) we are not permitted to open the indoor clubhouse facilities.  You may review the California Blueprint for Reducing COVID-19 for the details on what is allowed to open.  Once we are moved into the next tier (Red), we will open what is allowed under that tier.

The Board is opening cautiously due to the demographic of our community and of the direction provided by legal counsel.  We understand some owners want the club facility to open now unfortunately, we must follow the state's direction.

Clubhouse Office:

THE CLUBHOUSE OFFICE WILL BE CLOSED MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 7, 2020 DUE TO THE LABOR DAY HOLIDAY.  We will return to normal business hours on Tuesday, September 8, 2020.
